Puja Music Productions ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") operates the Elvin's Numbers, MathRonome, Aquadrum Pro, AllGoRhythmics, and String Logic mobile applications and www.pujamusic.com. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding information collection and usage.

1. Information We Collect

Elvin's Numbers No data collected

Elvin's Numbers is designed for children and collects no personal information. Specifically:

• We do not collect names, email addresses, or any identifying information
• We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking frameworks
• We do not store or transmit any user data to our servers
• No account creation is required

Microphone and Speech Recognition

Elvin's Numbers uses the device microphone and Apple's Speech Recognition framework (SFSpeechRecognizer) solely to check if the child said the correct number. Audio data:

• Is processed by Apple's on-device or server-based speech recognition
• Is not stored, recorded, or transmitted by us
• Is not used for any purpose other than evaluating the spoken answer
• Is governed by Apple's own privacy policy when processed on Apple's servers

Microphone access is only activated when the user taps the owl button and is stopped automatically after the answer is evaluated.

MathRonome No data collected

MathRonome is a polyrhythmic metronome app that collects no personal information. Specifically:

• We do not collect names, email addresses, or any identifying information
• We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking frameworks
• We do not store or transmit any user data to our servers
• No account creation is required
• All app settings (subdivision values, volume levels, sound preferences) are stored locally on your device using Apple's UserDefaults and are never sent to any server

Aquadrum Pro No data collected

Aquadrum Pro is a tongue drum companion and scale explorer that collects no personal information. Specifically:

• We do not collect names, email addresses, or any identifying information
• We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking frameworks
• We do not store or transmit any user data to our servers
• No account creation is required
• All app data (custom scale names, favourites, preferences) is stored locally on your device and is never sent to any server

Microphone (Aquadrum Pro)

Aquadrum Pro includes a built-in chromatic tuner that uses the device microphone to detect the pitch of your tongue drum. Audio data:

• Is processed entirely on-device using real-time pitch detection
• Is not stored, recorded, or transmitted
• Is not used for any purpose other than displaying the detected pitch and tuning accuracy

Microphone access is only activated when the user opens the tuner and is stopped when the tuner is closed.

AllGoRhythmics No data collected

AllGoRhythmics is a rhythm notation and metronome app that collects no personal information. Specifically:

• We do not collect names, email addresses, or any identifying information
• We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking frameworks
• We do not store or transmit any user data to our servers
• No account creation is required
• All app data (presets, playlists, time signatures, preferences) is stored locally on your device

iCloud Sync (AllGoRhythmics)

AllGoRhythmics offers an optional iCloud sync feature for users with the Pro unlock. When enabled, your presets and playlists are synced across your devices via Apple's iCloud:

• Sync uses Apple's CloudKit framework and your personal iCloud account
• Synced data is private to you — we have no access to it
• Data transit and storage are governed by Apple's iCloud privacy practices
• Sync is disabled by default and can be turned off at any time in the app or in iOS Settings

Other Apps (String Logic)

For our other applications, we may collect:

• Contact information: name, email address, phone number
• Device information: device type, operating system
• Usage data: features accessed, time spent, interactions
• Log data: IP address, date/time of access

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and improve the Service
• Respond to inquiries and support requests
• Analyze usage patterns
• Send service updates
• Comply with legal obligations

Elvin's Numbers, MathRonome, Aquadrum Pro, and AllGoRhythmics do not collect any information, so none of the above applies to those apps.

3. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Elvin's Numbers is designed for children aged 4 and older. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations:

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children
• We do not include advertising or third-party tracking
• In-app purchases are protected by a parental gate (math challenge)
• No social features, chat, or user-generated content is included

MathRonome, Aquadrum Pro, and AllGoRhythmics do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. These apps contain no advertising, no social features, no user-generated content, and no data collection of any kind.

4. In-App Purchases

Elvin's Numbers offers a single optional in-app purchase to unlock additional numbers. MathRonome offers a single optional, non-consumable in-app purchase ("MathRonome Pro") to unlock advanced features. Aquadrum Pro offers a single optional, non-consumable in-app purchase ("Aquadrum Pro Full Unlock") to unlock additional scale categories. AllGoRhythmics offers a single optional, non-consumable in-app purchase ("AllGoRhythmics Pro") to unlock extended time signatures, additional subdivisions, unlimited presets and playlists, unlimited MIDI and audio export, unlimited Binary Rhythms generation, and iCloud sync.

All purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or any transaction details. All purchase processing and verification is handled by Apple. For details on how Apple handles your purchase data, please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal information for marketing purposes. We may share information when required by law or with trusted service providers who assist in operating our Service.

Elvin's Numbers, MathRonome, Aquadrum Pro, and AllGoRhythmics share no data with anyone. iCloud sync data in AllGoRhythmics is transmitted only between the user's own devices via Apple's iCloud — Puja Music Productions has no access to it.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no transmission method is 100% secure.
